The issue of free wifi, free & uncensored internet access has been raised many, many times. NGOs and civil society organizations have , for almost a year now, repeadily asked for free Wifi and uncensored access. The ITU and WSIS executive secretariat have failed to deliver a clear answer on both these issues.
